Spicy Ginger Cafe (con) Miel

- 2 cups fresh-brewed hot coffee
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 4 tablespoons Colorado Hemp Honey Ginger Soothe flavor, or to taste
- 1/8 vanilla extract (we like Nielsen-Massey’s Vanilla Bean Paste)
- Grated cinnamon to taste
- Warm all the ingredients in a small pot over low to medium heat, but do not bring them to a boil.
- Stir well to dissolve honey.
- Pour in to cups to serve.
- Finish with a fresh grating of cinnamon.
