- 2 cups milk, or non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon Colorado Hemp Honey Turmeric & Black Pepper honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- Ground cinnamon for serving
1. Pour all ingredients into a small pot and whisk together. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Can be made five days in advance, refrigerated, and warmed when desired.
2. Strain. Serve the milk warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
