Crostini with Honey Whipped Goat Cheese and Pecans

Honeyed Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp Frangiosa Farms Artisan Raw Honey
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine pecans, honey, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir to coat, and spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake until toasted (about 15 minutes).
- Let cool and break apart into bite-sized pieces.
Honey-Whipped Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- 3 tbsp Frangiosa Farms Artisan Raw Honey
Directions
- Combine goat cheese and cream in bowl of electric mixer outfitted with the whisk attachment; process until well blended.
- Add honey and process until combined.
Crostini
Directions
- Cut baguette on the bias into 1/4" slices.
- Spread goat cheese mixture onto baguette slices.
- Top with candied pecans and finish with a coarse grain salt, like Maldon.
