Crostini with Honey Whipped Goat Cheese and Pecans

Honeyed Pecans


  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp Frangiosa Farms Artisan Raw Honey
  • pinch of salt


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine pecans, honey, and salt in a bowl.
    3. Stir to coat, and spread evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    4. Bake until toasted (about 15 minutes).
    5. Let cool and break apart into bite-sized pieces.


    Honey-Whipped Goat Cheese


    • 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
    • 3 tbsp Frangiosa Farms Artisan Raw Honey


    1. Combine goat cheese and cream in bowl of electric mixer outfitted with the whisk attachment; process until well blended.
    2. Add honey and process until combined.




    1. Cut baguette on the bias into 1/4" slices.
    2. Spread goat cheese mixture onto baguette slices.
    3. Top with candied pecans and finish with a coarse grain salt, like Maldon.
