- 1 cup oat, almond, or soy milk (yogurt works too)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Colorado Hemp Honey (Lemon or Tangerine)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- One small carrot, cleaned and roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
