Colorado Hemp Honey Smoothies

  • 1 cup oat, almond, or soy milk (yogurt works too)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Colorado Hemp Honey (Lemon or Tangerine)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • One small carrot, cleaned and roughly chopped 
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric


  1. In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
