Turmeric and Black Pepper Hemp Honey Chia Pudding

This breakfast bowl brings some of the healthiest foods together in one place. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and calcium.   • 2 cups coconut milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric and black pepper hemp honey
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

Suggested Toppings

  • Nuts
  • Maca powder for a sweet and earthy flavor
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries and banana are good!)
  • Cacao nibs
  • Dehydrated coconut
  • Sesame seeds


  1. In a saucepan, heat milk and honey whisking to incorporate.
  2. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then pour into a bowl with chia seeds.
  3. Refrigerate overnight. This can be prepared in jars for an on-the-go breakfast.
  4. Add fresh fruit, seeds, and nuts before serving.
