Colorado Hemp Honey Gold Rush

A classic Colorado cocktail to with a Hemp Honey twist to help you Bee Calm, Bee Soothed and Bee Happy this 4th of July or anytime your feel like celebrating your independence from stress!

3 tablespoons Lemon Colorado Hemp Honey

2 tablespoons boiling water

1/2 cup bourbon (4 ounces)

1 lemon, juiced + lemon peel

3 sprigs fresh Thyme

In a small bowl, whisk honey and boiling water to make a simple syrup.

Whisk in bourbon and lemon juice.

Pour liquid into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Pour into a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel and fresh thyme.
