Spicy Ginger Cafe (con) Miel

Looking for a new way to serve up a delicious cup of coffee? Try this sweet satisfying European favorite. The Spanish call it Café Con Miel. To the French it’s Café Miel. We added a bit of ginger to compliment the cinnamon and we call it simply superb!








2 cups fresh-brewed hot coffee

1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)

 4 tablespoons Colorado Hemp Honey Ginger Snap (soothe) flavor, or to taste

1/8 vanilla extract (we like Nielsen-Massey’s Vanilla Bean Paste)

Grated cinnamon to taste





Warm all the ingredients in a small pot over low to medium heat, but do not bring them to a boil. Stir well to dissolve honey. Pour into cups to serve. Finish with a fresh grating of cinnamon.
