Hot Honey

Good for spicy hot toddies or drizzled on pizza and cheese boards.

2-4 hot chiles (Fresno, Holland, Thai) thinly sliced

1 cup Frangiosa Farms Raw Honey

Bring chiles and honey to a bare simmer in a small saucepan over low heat. Let cook 1 hour over low heat to infuse.
